Job Overview

The Financial Operations Director is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records. This senior-level position manages financial planning, reporting, and analysis to inform strategic business decisions.

This role oversees accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll. The ideal candidate must prepare and publish timely financial statements, maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Main responsibilities include budgeting & forecasting, internal controls, audit & compliance, cash management, team leadership, and system management.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant). A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management position, is required.
