We are seeking highly skilled trauma management specialists to support diverse clients with health and wellbeing solutions.
Converge International delivers crisis response services, including Employee Assistance Programs and Rapid Response Services using Psychological First Aid and trauma-informed approaches.
This role provides key interventions during incidents or organisational change, and may include EAP and Training/Consulting services.
About the Role:
- Provide emergency support during critical incidents
- Apply primary intervention models such as Psychological First Aid and stepped care
- Support client organisations and identify themes, recommendations, or internal process improvements
- Deliver triage, one-on-one trauma support, and group sessions; may deliver EAP and Training/Consulting services
Requirements:
- Registered Psychologist or Social Worker with relevant clinical experience
- Minimum 3 years trauma management and/or relevant consultancy experience
- Experience in psychosocial interventions, support and counselling
- Excellent time management, report writing, and a proactive attitude
