
Critical Incident Response Specialist

Our organisation seeks dedicated trauma management experts to deliver high-quality support services to diverse clients. This role involves providing rapid response during incidents or organisational change, utilising evidence-based approaches such as psychological first aid and trauma-informed care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver critical incident response services, including planned support, rapid connect, disaster response and incident support forums.
- Apply primary intervention models like stepped care and referral pathways to support client organisations.
- Provide specialist support during incidents or organisational change, identifying key themes and recommendations for internal process improvements.
- Offer one-on-one trauma support, group sessions and EAP services, with a focus on delivering high-quality training and consulting services.
- Registered Psychologist or Social Worker with relevant clinical experience and expertise in trauma management.
- Minimum 3 years experience in trauma consultancy and/or management, with a strong background in psychosocial interventions and support.
- Excellent time management, report writing and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- High-level facilitation skills and a passion for delivering people-assist services, including EAP and RRS.
