Product Insight Specialist

This role involves leveraging real-time data and industry trends to inform product decisions. You will refine ideas through experimentation and iteration, validating hypotheses with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify areas for improvement; formulate hypotheses; design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to enhance business metrics.
  • Examine large, complex datasets representing the behavior of millions of mobile game players to address strategic and operational business questions.
  • Conduct in-depth user behavior analyses, identifying patterns in critical usage aspects such as playing, purchasing, and churning.
  • Use pre- and post-analysis to understand how product and ecosystem changes impact users and the business.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define meaningful metrics and KPIs.
  • Define and build user segments that deliver business value.
  • Partner with Live Operations analysts to develop pricing strategies and game economies.
  • Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from game data to shape features and future product roadmaps.
