As a Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving data-driven decision making through analytics, business intelligence, and predictive modelling.

About the Role:

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions, leveraging complex data to inform supporter engagement, campaign effectiveness, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing dashboards, reporting, and delivering actionable insights for campaign optimisation.
  • Identifying growth opportunities through behavioural and transactional supporter data analysis, translating trends into strategic recommendations.
  • Proactively investigating and addressing data quality issues to ensure accurate, timely decision-making.

You'll use tools like Snowflake, Amplitude, Power BI, and Python for comprehensive data exploration and clear presentation of insights. We're looking for someone who can contribute to predictive modelling initiatives, enhance customer segmentation strategies, and uphold data governance practices.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business intelligence and data visualisation, with proven proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and ideally Python.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract clear, impactful insights.
  • Experience working with diverse databases and analytical platforms, specifically Snowflake, Amplitude, and Braze.
  • Solid understanding of how supporter behaviour and marketing performance intersect to drive outcomes.
