Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing freight spend, improving route efficiency, and supporting strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Your primary responsibilities will include owning freight analytics and monthly financial outcomes across the supply chain, delivering deep-dive analysis to identify cost efficiencies and performance uplift, leading budgeting and forecasting for freight, supply chain, and SLOBs, developing and maintaining freight-related master data and reporting tools, building a Cost to Serve model to support strategic decision-making, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, and championing continuous improvement and automation across reporting processes.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar finance or analytics role
  • CA/CPA qualified (or training towards) with a degree in Business, Commerce, Analytics or related field
  • Strong commercial acumen, have a strategic mindset and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Advanced Excel and SAP skills; Power BI experience preferred
  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience with data systems such as SQL, IBP, TM1, BW
