Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in leadership and management
  • Ability to coach, motivate and provide guidance
  • Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues
  • Establishing strong relationships with Community organisations, Schools and RTOs
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Ideal qualifications include Cert IV Youth Work, Cert IV Employment Services or higher, or equivalent
