Youth Development Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to play a vital role in supporting young people. The role involves assessing needs, identifying barriers to employment and providing solutions-focused approaches to support participants achieve ongoing education and/or employment.
Key Responsibilities- Acknowledge participant needs and provide solutions to overcome obstacles.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to maximise job opportunities.
- Support team members to achieve shared goals.
About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young people. As a passionate advocate for youth development, you will be working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver excellent outcomes.
The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who is passionate about youth development, has excellent communication skills and is able to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will need to have a current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle, eligibility to work in Australia and willingness to complete a Criminal History Check.
