We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Host to join our team at Movie World and Wet 'n' Wild Gold Coast. As a key member of our front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving guest queries and complaints, and participating in emergency situations.

">Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a professional attitude and exceptional level of customer service
  • Organised individual with strong administrative skills
  • Proven conflict resolution and complaint handling skills
  • Ability to use initiative to solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Advanced interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Team focus with a high level of confidentiality
  • Cash handling experience essential
  • Must be able to work on any day, including weekends, evening functions and school holidays
