Casual Sales Associate Job Description

Our organization is seeking a motivated and customer-centric individual to fill the role of Casual Sales Associate. As part of our dynamic sales team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer experiences through outstanding sales and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer interactions by utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO DRIVE SALES AND INCREASE CUSTOMER LOYALTY
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and advice to customers on relevant products

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior retail or sales experience is advantageous
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an asset but not essential
