This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Partner to lead key initiatives in performance management, employee recognition, cultural enhancement, and workforce transformation.
The Role- Provide strategic guidance and support on talent management, succession planning, and performance and goal setting.
- Mentor and guide senior leaders through complex people matters and strategic challenges.
- Advise and influence senior leaders on workforce planning, change management, and organisational development.
