  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management expertise.
  • Develop and execute cyclical people plans, utilizing talent data and insights to inform leadership decisions.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching on complex employment matters, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Lead the implementation of people change initiatives, empowering leaders to embed transformational change.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in HR strategy and delivery, preferably in a multi-site retail or FMCG setting.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or Commerce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
