About the Role:
- Evaluate insurance claims promptly and accurately to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Investigate claims by gathering necessary information and conducting thorough interviews to determine policy coverage and claim eligibility.
- Analyse complex data and negotiate settlements while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for each claim to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process to foster long-term relationships with clients.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a claims insurance role, preferably with a strong analytical background.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive salary package ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
