Senior Claims Manager

Aon invites experienced Legal professionals or Insurance Claims Consultants to join our Claims team, supporting a portfolio of global and corporate clients. The successful candidate will provide full claims management support from start to finish in an advisory role.
Responsibilities- Manage claims across various risk classes, including Property, Public Liability, or Professional Indemnity, requiring good experience in at least one of these areas.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure open communication and maintain strong relationships with insurers and the global Aon network.
- Lodge claims in a timely manner and provide advice to clients on claim mitigation and management.
- Develop strong client relationships to facilitate successful outcomes for clients and build internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- At least 2 years of legal background or 3-4 years of experience as a Claims Consultant at an Insurer.
- Ability to take on additional responsibilities and senior tasks, with a strong customer service focus.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, along with well-developed verbal and written communication skills to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders.
