Job Opportunity:
Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) is seeking an experienced Property claims professional to join our Sydney office.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of corporate/commercial property claims handling experience, including business interruption.
Key responsibilities include managing a broad portfolio of claims, collaborating with the BHSI Property team, and providing high levels of customer service and technical claims management.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage a broad portfolio of claims and provide high levels of customer service and technical claims management.
- Collaborate with the BHSI Property team on claims trends, portfolio development, and risk issues.
- Be a market face of Property claims for BHSI and work with customers, brokers, and vendors to drive claims to timely and appropriate solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and technical claim file quality.
- Provide professional input into the delivery of BHSI's plans, goals, and objectives.
- Build relationships of trust with BHSI's customers and broker partners.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate/commercial property claims handling experience, including business interruption.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
- A high level of professionalism and personal responsibility.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, loss adjusting designations, or matching equivalency required.
