WIL Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated WIL Officer to join our team at RMIT University. As a WIL Officer, you will be responsible for providing academic and student support for Work Integrated Learning and Professional Health Placements in the STEM College.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and student support for Work Integrated Learning and Professional Health Placements
- Monitor WIL programs and respond to student queries
- Communicate with relevant professionals in industry and liaison with Academic staff
- Maintain relevant University databases
Requirements:
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and use initiative
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures with limited supervision
