About the Role:

The Growth Accelerator will serve as a key driver of cross-functional initiatives, connecting community engagement, content creation & curation, and product management. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset combined with disciplined growth tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive ecosystem growth and maintain overall ecosystem health.
  • Apply creative approaches to drive market pod and cross-functional partners to test and evaluate new ideas for local growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure local product-market fit.
  • Analyze the content landscape and ecosystem to identify gaps and opportunities, ensuring we meet local user needs and preferences.
  • Serve as a local ambassador, building influential relationships and partnerships both on and off the platform to reach and attract new audiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to take initiative and drive projects independently.
  • Proven track record of team leadership experience is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in operations, marketing, or a tech-related background.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel modeling, and knowledge of SQL.
  • Passion for combining systems-thinking with data analysis to drive impactful decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, users, moderators, partners, content creators, and influencers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a keen eye for execution and attention to detail.
  • Innate knowledge of market culture, including language, current events, politics, customs, traditions, topics of interest, and taboos.
