Role Summary

We are seeking a Team Leader to provide clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.

You will work closely with clinicians, form close bonds with clients, and celebrate their achievements as they grow and develop.

Your responsibilities will include supporting a team of Occupational Therapists, delivering training, completing quality assurance report reviews, attending appointments, and developing high-quality clinical services and assessments.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, 3+ years of experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred), registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA, a vehicle and driver's licence, and a National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one before commencement.

  • SUPPORTING THE TEAM
  • DELIVERING TRAINING
  • COMPLETING QUALITY ASSURANCE REPORT REVIEWS
  • ATTENDING APPOINTMENTS
  • DEVELOPING HIGH-QUALITY CLINICAL SERVICES AND ASSESSMENTS
Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, 3+ years of experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred), registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA, a vehicle and driver's licence, and a National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one before commencement.
