This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Regional Manager, leading a passionate group of Speech Pathologists who thrive on complex cases. As a seasoned professional with 5-10+ years of experience in Speech Pathology, you will be responsible for mentoring and growing a high-performing team recognized for their expertise in complex NDIS speech pathology.

Job Description:

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for shaping services for our most challenging and rewarding cases, working with families who specifically seek us out for our expertise. You will lead and help grow a team that is known for its culture of kindness and unmatched skills in complex NDIS cases.

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in Speech Pathology with tertiary qualifications & SPA registration.
  • Experience with complex NDIS participants and leadership experience or strong leadership potential.
  • Current driver's license and background checks (or willingness to obtain).
