The Provisional Psychologist will work as a key member of our national team, collaborating with over 300 psychologists, counsellors and positive behaviour support practitioners to provide clinical services for individuals with diverse needs.

Our clients range from children to adults with various diagnoses and disabilities. The Provisional Psychologist will play a vital role in their personal growth and development, working collaboratively to achieve their goals and celebrate their successes.

Day-to-day duties involve working with allied health practitioners, support workers and family members to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients. This includes assessing and observing challenging behaviours, developing skills and enhancing independence through Positive Behaviour Support plans and assessments.

The Provisional Psychologist will also provide psychological assessments and interventions across the lifespan, with opportunities to develop specific skills such as Autism and ADHD assessments.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner
  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Psychology and Masters
  • Experience working with individuals with complex diagnoses (desirable)

Desirable qualifications include experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability and other complex diagnoses.
