Commerce Leadership Role

This is a key leadership position for someone who excels in managing teams and processes to deliver high-quality content.

  • Oversee the production of commerce-related content across the department, ensuring efficiency, quality, and strategic alignment.
  • Manage day-to-day workflow and deadlines across the editorial team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Mentor writers and social producers to develop their skills and maintain high content standards.
  • Optimise workflow efficiency and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

With at least 5+ years of experience in content creation and management, including team leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing content production processes, managing workflow and deadlines, mentoring writers, and optimising workflow efficiency.

About This Opportunity

This role plays a critical part in ensuring that content operations run smoothly, deadlines are met, and editorial standards remain high. You will be responsible for guiding writers, managing workflows, and optimising processes to improve efficiency and performance.
