Job Title:

Deputy Editor, E-commerce Content

This is a senior leadership role in our e-commerce editorial team. As Deputy Editor, you will be responsible for managing content production processes, overseeing workflow, and mentoring writers to ensure high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee content production across the department to ensure efficiency, quality, and strategic alignment.
  • Manage day-to-day workflow and deadlines across the editorial team.
  • Mentor writers and social producers to develop skills and maintain high content standards.
  • Optimise workflow efficiency and track performance metrics to identify improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform content direction.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in content creation and management, including team leadership.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Proven experience of off-platform content management, creation, and innovation.
