About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Aged Care Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a sound working knowledge of Residential Aged Care and substantial experience in quality assurance, audit processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Support the establishment and embedding of quality frameworks, including monitoring and data analysis.">
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to the area of specialisation.">
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.">
  • Monitor audits, accreditation and compliance performance across all operations to ensure services and processes comply with regulatory requirements.">
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.">
  • Lead effective reviews of programs, processes, and systems to implement improvement initiatives aligned with best practices and the Senior Services Operating Model principles.">

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience and possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
