Our Personal Carer Worker (PCWs) are highly interactive supporting our elderly residents, their families, and colleagues 7 days a week across AM, PM and Night shifts.

Ideally, you have worked in the Aged Care sector for at least 1 year and have the ability to "think on your feet," communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike.
In addition, you will alsoHave excellent safety awareness to prevent residents from tripping, falling, or hurting themselves — you need to be their extra eyes and ears

Have great communication skills to engage with our elderly residents in a calm, patient, and highly empathetic manner that builds trust, companionship, and friendship in a warm style.Possess an Aged Care Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) — recognition of 2nd year nursing students with placements in Aged Care and other Cert III courses in related healthcare studies is accepted.Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance — essential to work in the Aged Care sector (*or willingness to obtain).
