Job Title: Estate and Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Estate and Facilities Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality estate management services.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our estate, including accommodation requests, movements of teams, and facility asset allocation. You will also be involved in maintaining ASD's physical assets and facilities, ensuring that they are optimised for the workforce to conduct their work effectively.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and detailed advice to stakeholders. You will also be able to interpret and comply with business processes and legislative frameworks, as well as undertake data entry tasks.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a detail-oriented and strategic thinker who can contribute to the development of strategies that promote continuous improvement and deliver effective business solutions.
