Career Development Role
Seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as a career development advisor.
- Full-time ongoing position in a secondary school environment.
- Commencing January 2025.
Our schools are non-denominational Christian communities that offer a vibrant and supportive learning environment. Staff receive priority enrolments for their children, generous fee discounts, and access to an Employee Assistance Program.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in careers counselling or advising, preferably in a youth or educational setting.
- High-level communication skills (written and verbal).
- Initiative and innovation.
- A passion for helping young people achieve their potential.
- Ability to plan and prioritise work.
- Commitment to ongoing learning.
Preferred but not essential qualifications include:
- Previous experience in a school careers department.
- Facilitation and delivery of work experience programs.
- Certificate IV or Graduate Certificate in Career Education and Development.
