Student Futures Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Student Futures Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential.

As a Student Futures Advisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their academic and personal lives. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure that students receive the best possible education and care.

  • Counselling or careers advising experience, preferably in a youth or educational setting.
  • High level communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High levels of initiative and innovation.
  • Passionate about helping young people to realise their God-given potential.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise work.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning to stay on top of the changing world of learning and work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of educational principles and practices, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will also be able to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to problems.
