Job Description
Crest Education invites applications for a Student Futures Advisor position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing counselling and careers advising services to students.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a youth or educational setting, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

The role requires a high level of initiative and innovation, with a passion for helping young people realise their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one counselling and career guidance to students
- Develop and deliver workshops on career development and job readiness
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate career education into the curriculum

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field
- Certificate IV in Career Education and Development (desired)
- Experience working with young people in a school or educational setting
