Student Futures Advisor

We are seeking an individual to play a key role in helping students achieve their goals and realise their full potential.

  • Counselling or careers advising experience, preferably in a youth or educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
  • The successful candidate will possess high levels of initiative and innovation.
  • They will be passionate about helping young people to reach their full potential.
  • Able to plan and prioritise work effectively, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a school careers department would be advantageous.
  • Experience in work experience program facilitation and delivery would also be beneficial.
  • A Certificate IV or Graduate Certificate in Career Education and Development would be highly regarded.
