We are Hiring: Recruitment Advisors (White-Collar & Blue-Collar).

South Guildford – free onsite parking.

Monday to Friday | 8.5 hours per day (including meal break).

Recruitment Advisor – White-Collar (Professional/Technical)

In this role, you\'ll partner with leaders across corporate and technical divisions to recruit top-tier professionals. You\'ll design innovative sourcing strategies, deliver best-practice recruitment, and provide trusted advice to stakeholders to ensure we attract the brightest minds who will drive our digital, commercial, and operational success.

Recruitment Advisor – Blue-Collar (Trades/Operational)

In this role, you\'ll focus on building strong pipelines for skilled trades and operational talent. You\'ll play a hands-on role in sourcing, screening, and hiring the people who keep our machines moving and our customers supported, ensuring WesTrac continues to deliver world-class service in the field.

What You\'ll Do (both roles)
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment with a proactive, consultative approach.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies and promote WesTrac as an employer of choice.
  • Support continuous improvement projects within the recruitment team.
  • Deliver outstanding candidate experiences that reflect our values.
What we\'re looking for
  • Experience recruiting within an internal, RPO, or agency environment.
  • Exposure to either white-collar or blue-collar recruitment (or both).
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, headhunting, and end-to-end recruitment delivery.
