Job Opportunity:
">The role of Project Manager - Capital Works presents a challenging and exciting opportunity to lead and manage complex property projects.
">This position involves managing end-to-end construction project management, including planning, design, approvals, procurement, delivery, and handover.
">Key responsibilities include writing business cases, plans, executive briefs, project reports, and status updates, as well as managing project budgets and reviewing expenditure.
">Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing program governance, including risks, issues, and benefits, and establishing and managing procurement and contracts.
">Requirements:

- Extensive experience in project leadership and management roles with a focus on property capital projects.">
- Relevant qualification in Project Management, such as PRINCE2 or Agile.">
- Excellent knowledge of project management and construction management systems and principles.">
- Australian citizenship required.">
- Police Check and completion of Agency's screening and organisational suitability checks.">
What We Offer:
">A daily rate between $600 and $760 + super, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, in a hybrid model.
