- Qualifications: Degree in a relevant Allied Health discipline with registration eligibility.
- Communication Skills: Effective problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team collaboration skills are essential.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in Allied Health, particularly with older adults.
- Holistic Approach: Ability to develop and implement community-focused therapeutic interventions.
