Finance Support Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the day-to-day activities of our finance team.

The ideal candidate will be working across multiple projects, requiring strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. They must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Document Management: Perform and coordinate the daily tracking of project data (i.e., plant, labor, subcontractors).
  • Support payroll by monitoring and following up on the daily recording of timesheets by project supervisors, as well as directly performing timesheet entries.
  • High-volume accounts payable – including management of AP email inboxes for multiple projects in delivery, following up with project teams for invoice approval and cost codes and liaising with suppliers to correct any discrepancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to adapt, solve problems, and be a team player contributing to a positive work culture.
  • Experienced in high-volume accounts payable and document management and able to learn in-house finance systems (training provided).
  • Experienced dealing with a large volume of suppliers and being able to build and maintain relationships.
