Job Title: Team and Marketing Coordinator

About the Role:

  • We're on the hunt for a marketing professional to assist across all stages of the leasing process.
  • Support the team in delivering outstanding service to clients and achieving key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality pitches, submissions, and presentations.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, including brochures, EDMs, listings, and enquiries.
  • Coordinate property inspections and client interactions.
  • Draft and assist with documentation, such as contracts, fee agreements, and agency agreements.
  • Maintain accurate property databases and raise invoices.
  • Track and report on team performance and campaign metrics.
  • Manage team administration, including expenses, reimbursements, travel, and event coordination.
  • Provide cover for other administrative staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
  • Experience in commercial real estate is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; InDesign; Canva experience highly regarded.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Confident stakeholder management and vendor liaison experience.
