Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their financial needs.
* Build strong partnerships with clients to grow our market share and identify opportunities for new business.
* Develop and execute strategies to address local opportunities and combat competitor activities.
* Manage and maintain accounts for volume housing builder clients.
* Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and improve service delivery.
* Develop, implement and manage a budget that is aligned to company expectations.
* Prepare regular reports on workflow performance and project status for senior management.
Requirements:
* Experience in Residential Volume house or residential engineering.
* 1+ years of experience in similar role or a customer facing role.
* Residential building knowledge of the builders' construction process would be preferable.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
