Project Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to assist in the coordination of our commercial construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of these projects.

The Role
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage project documentation, compliance, and reporting
  • Assist with project planning, procurement, and scheduling
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Proven experience in a project coordination role within commercial construction
  • A background in working with Tier 3 Builders is preferred, especially on retail projects
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with job management software such as Jobpac and Procore (desired)

This role involves supporting the project manager and site team on major refurbishment projects. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional results.
