We are seeking an experienced Pre Construction Manager to lead and coordinate our early project phases, ensuring smooth transitions and exceptional client experiences.

  • Oversee the pre-construction process including planning, estimating, programming and client liaison
  • Coordinate with design, estimating, and project teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
  • Work closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors to drive value and innovation
  • Manage documentation and approvals to ensure seamless handover to delivery teams
  • Identify and manage project risks early in the process
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a pre-construction or project management role within commercial fit-outs or construction new build
