Work Health and Safety Expert Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Work Health and Safety professional to join our team in Western Australia.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Work Health and Safety, with experience in promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively at all levels
- Conduct risk assessments and identify hazards
- Develop and maintain internal and external relationships
- Maintain site training matrices and ensure audits and inspections are conducted according to site and legislative requirements
- Ensure all incidents are reported, recorded, escalated, and investigated as per organizational requirements
- Support the Injury Management process
Requirements
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a Pre-employment medical and DAS assessment
- Proficiency in Safety Management Software (MYOSH or similar)
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory framework for Work Health and Safety (state and national)
- ICAM Investigation Trained
- Working Knowledge of Injury Management and Return to Work requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
