Key Responsibilities

Boutique managers are accountable for driving growth through commercial opportunities and strategic plans.

  • Lead boutique teams to achieve commercial objectives by analyzing performance and retail KPIs.
  • Develop High Jewelry and High-End business by providing market intelligence and identifying new opportunities.
  • Maintain boutiques' operations in line with Group SOP and Maison's policies, ensuring compliance and protecting the business.
  • Provide on-site guidance across all boutiques, supporting strategy, sales, KPIs, client experience, and staff development.
  • Identify, recruit, and retain top talent to sustain growth and build cohesive teams.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Sales and Retail functions within the luxury, fashion, or high-end retail sectors. A results-driven professional with exceptional leadership capabilities, analytical skills, and impeccable communication skills is required.
