**We are on the hunt for 2 passionate and enthusiastic retail management professionals to join our team as our new **Area Managers to support our retail networks across **Sydney International and Domestic Airport terminals.**

In this role you will support our Operations Manager - Sydney to ensure that operational strategies are executed and supported effectively.

You will lead from the front ensuring that our** 200+ employees** across **20+ retail and wareh**ouse sites** are engaged, supported and trained to the highest standard, to provide unparalleled customer service across our retail brands including Lego, NewsLink, Relay, Think Sydney, Tech2Go, Kaboom, Merino Collection, and Australian Way. You will ensure clear communication across teams to ensure the day-to-day operational activities run smoothly and store managers are fully supported.
- Experience rostering with extended trading hours & maintaining compliance with the General Retail Industry & Restaurant Industry Awards
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Sound commercial acumen
- Sound knowledge of financial management processes and procedures
- Experience in supporting the implementation of business plans and budgets
- Experience with employee disciplinary procedures and performance management

Working as part of a broader management team, you will ensure that overall performance targets are achieved in relation to profit contribution, quality, and landlord expectations. Understanding that each day is unique and will often mean wearing many 'hats' to ensure our brand is well presented and our customers' needs are fulfilled will be a priority.
