We are seeking a Strategic Planning and Policy Officer to assist in developing and implementing business strategic plans and policies.

The position will be based in our office and you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. You will be responsible for:

- Developing and publishing strategic plans and policies aligned with our vision and mission statements.

- Conducting research on workplace policies and their impact on productivity and business growth.

- Investigating and studying wellbeing situations and features such as employee and customer groups.

- Analyzing interrelationships between customers, employees and employers and their effects on workplace satisfaction.

- Implementing processes, systems, and procedures to achieve strategic goals.

- Designing, conducting, and overseeing customer and employee satisfaction surveys and reports.

- Collaborating with stakeholders to formulate business plans and policies.

- Participating in departmental meetings, seminars and workshops.

- Representing us in negotiations, conventions, public hearings and forums.

**Essential qualifications required**

- A master's degree or Ph.D. in policy development or a related field, or at least five years of relevant experience.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an ability to provide creative solutions.

- Strong leadership skills with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
