
Strategic Business Development Partner

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Our ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience working within a sales team, ideally in the financial services industry. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to adapt quickly to new projects and priorities, and have strong relationship management and internal stakeholder engagement experience.
The successful applicant will work closely with internal stakeholders to agree and finalize contact, speakers, and attendance for events. They will also work with the sales team to ensure diary appointments are achieved and coordinate pre- and post-event communications with marketing.
Fully managing partnership arrangements and invoice payments will also be a key responsibility. The Strategic Business Development Partner will ensure internal stakeholders are updated on agreed activities in a timely manner and prepare data insights packs around engagement, interaction, and experience.
Additionally, they will work with the sales team to understand feedback and platform functionality and distribute regular reporting to strategic account contacts. Consolidating feedback and insights from satisfaction surveys will also be an important task.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong organizational skills and experience working within a sales team, ideally in the financial services industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to new projects and priorities.
- Strong relationship management and internal stakeholder engagement experience.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in MS Office Suite products, particularly Excel.
