Job Summary:

The Distribution Governance team works collaboratively across various banking channels to ensure the risks associated with product distribution are understood and comprehensively managed.


This role requires leadership skills to manage risks associated with distributing home lending products through the Direct channel. You will lead a team to conduct regular application reviews and oversee initiatives that improve compliance oversight and operational efficiency within the channel.


Key Responsibilities

  • Previous experience in a people leadership role and 3+ years of experience in a Risk or Compliance role, ideally within home lending.
  • Knowledge of internal and external regulations relevant to home lending.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
