Mobile Banking Career Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Banker to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and personalised home lending experience for our customers.

About the Role

This position requires a proactive individual who excels in balancing sales and service excellence while ensuring compliance with lending regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored mortgage solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed home loan sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to the overall business growth.
  • Business Development: Proactively source new business opportunities through existing networks and strategic partnerships, identifying cross-selling opportunities for our mortgage products.
  • Loan Process Management: Manage the complete loan process from application to settlement, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Customer Service: Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
  • Product Promotion: Promote a range of mortgage products and services, staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies in all lending activities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments, including credit and operations, to facilitate smooth processing.

Requirements
  • Mortgage Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in the mortgage industry, including handling home loan applications and settlements.
  • Business Development Skills: Proven track record in business development and networking within the mortgage lending sector.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with experience in providing personalised lending advice.
  • Lending Knowledge: Familiarity with home loan products, credit policies, and responsible lending practices.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve sales targets effectively.
  • Time Management and Organisation: Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple loan applications simultaneously.
  • Accreditation: FSR Tier 2 Accreditation.
  • Driver's License: Unrestricted driver's license.
