Due to growth, they are looking for experienced Home Lending Specialists to join their team.
About The Role
This Home Lending Specialist role is a high volume, fast-paced role where you'll be driving growth.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
Manage the full end-to-end home lending process for clientsDrive sales and convert leads coming from the bank's call center, digital marketing and internal referralsBuild strong referral partnerships with internal stakeholders across the Wealth, Business, and Private Bank divisionsWork closely with the in-house credit and settlement teams to ensure quick loan approval and seamless client experience.
Demonstrated skills
Deep knowledge and understanding of the home lending processExperience working in the home lending industryExtensive sales experience, whether it's in home lending or another fieldA "hungry for success" attitude and desire to outperform Ability to work in a high-pace environment and deal with volume.
