Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new product proposals with cross-functional teams to enhance the home lending ecosystem.
  • Oversee the existing product suite to optimize customer experience, broker satisfaction, and sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate product information for internal and market-facing use.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with features, functionality, risks, and operational processes in home lending products.
  • Previous experience in a home lending product role is preferred.
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including technology, distribution, legal, risk, and marketing teams.
  • A proactive approach to managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
