Our organization is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer experience and support in our office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and sales via phone and front counter
- Prepare accurate and timely quotes and follow-ups
- Enter sales data into the sales management system
- Manage cash sale payments and prepayments
- Coordinate despatch activities
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in an office environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and planning skills
- Ability to manage changing customer requirements
