As a Customer Service Admin Support

You'll be the first point of contact for clients, managing quote requests, building strong relationships, and following up on sales tenders. You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service while supporting both customers and internal teams. This position suits someone proactive, well-organised, and confident, juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Answering incoming calls from customers.
  • Handling requests for invoices, account information, and general enquiries.
  • Data entry and general administrative support as required.

Do you have?

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities with a talent for multitasking
  • Confident in handling customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Proficient in Excel, email, XERO, and general office software
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly regarded.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
