Pay: Temporary Roles: $35.80 per hour
Permanent roles: $60,000 - $65,000 per annum + Superannuation

Your new company
As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors. These roles offer variety, purpose, and the chance to work with organisations that are making a real difference in the community.
Your new role
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintain front-of-house presentation and supplies
- Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist with incoming/outgoing mail and courier coordination
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in reception or customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A friendly, proactive attitude and commitment to community values
- Experience in the not-for-profit or health/community sector (desirable but not essential)
