Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Your Role:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in managing and maximizing the overall success of the store. You'll create a customer-centric environment, achieve sales goals, deliver consistent store standards, and manage costs. Additionally, you will train and coach the store team to deliver service excellence and achieve business objectives.

About You:

  • A leader with a hands-on approach
  • Natural love for animals and people, and passionate about retail
  • At least two years' experience working with a high-volume retailer
  • Strong retail management/supervision (or similar), with a minimum 1 year experience in management
  • Proven ability to lead a team with a focus on team engagement
  • Friendly, patient, and eager to develop and train team
  • Organised and detail-oriented with a focus on achieving KPIs
